NYAICE CATCH STACK! Privacy Policy

NYAICE CATCH STACK! (the 窶廣pp窶・ is a game provided by KATALUMI. No account registration is required. Game progress is primarily stored locally on the device. The App uses Google services to display ads and manage advertising privacy choices.

1. Data stored on your device

Best score, MY NYAICE collection data, summon progress, in-game bonuses, language preferences, and similar game progress are stored in local storage on the device. The current version does not provide a feature that sends this game-progress data to KATALUMI servers.

2. Advertising

The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). For advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes, the SDK may automatically collect and share data including IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), user product interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID. Data collected by Google's SDK is encrypted in transit.

3. Privacy choices

The App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where applicable, a consent message may be shown, and a privacy-options entry point may be available from Settings when required.

4. External analytics

The current version does not add Firebase Analytics or another independent external analytics SDK. Debug game events may be written to local device logs.

5. Resetting game progress

You can reset game progress from Settings. MY NYAICE, BEST score, summon progress and related progress are reset. Advertising privacy choices are managed separately.

6. Third-party services

The App uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform. Google's privacy and advertising policies apply to Google's handling of data.
